Miniature room

The miniature room project is a further development of the rapidform RCA introduction project. Where I used my memory as guide to rebuild my old bedroom and used the rapid prototyping technique as a machine to create very personal objects with strong emotional affection. Here I started rebuilding things from my past and made it out of paper. Again my memory was my guide however the material changed. The idea of working with my past made me choose for paper. There are several reasons for doing this. Besides paper was the first material were I did three dimensional modeling in (as a child) and therefore feels very natural to me, it is very fragile just like memory is and the state of being a child.
