Cut - out light shades

Exploring the process of weaving Henny van Nistelrooy has designed a cloth with cut - out light shades. The light shades are designed as 'pockets' that are woven in a cloth. Each pocket can be cut from the fabric in single elements and each fits a standard fitting with simple wire frame. By inserting these in the pocket the flat double layer fabric transforms in to a three dimensional light shade.
